Ravo POS provides point-of-sale (POS) hardware and software solutions, payment processing, marketing, and design services under the name RAVO.

Payment Processing

All payment services are subject to applicable federal laws, state laws (Texas), and card network rules.

Ravo POS is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or financial losses outside of its direct control.

SMS Terms (Mobile Messaging)

Ravo POS may send SMS messages to users who opt in. By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to these terms:

  • Types of Messages: You may receive account alerts, appointment reminders, security notices, or promotional offers.
  • Frequency: Transactional messages (account / security) may vary. Promotional offers are limited to 4 messages per month.
  • Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
  • Opt-Out: Text “STOP” to unsubscribe at any time. A confirmation message will be sent.
  • Help: Text “HELP” for assistance or contact our support team.
  • Privacy: Phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
