Introduction
These SMS Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the SMS text messaging services (the "Services") offered by Ravo POS ("Ravo," "we," "us," or "our").
By enrolling in, using, or otherwise participating in our SMS Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or participate in our SMS programs.
Ravo may use SMS to provide:
- Account notifications and appointment reminders.
- Transaction alerts and security messages.
- Promotional offers, marketing updates, and event invitations.
By opting into these Services, you consent to receive SMS messages to the mobile number you provide.
Definitions
- SMS “SMS” means short message service, commonly referred to as text messaging.
- Customer “Customer” means a business client of Ravo that subscribes to Ravo's solutions.
- Subscriber “Subscriber” means the end user or recipient of SMS sent through Ravo.
- Carriers “Carriers” means mobile network operators that deliver SMS messages.
Provision of Services
Ravo agrees to provide SMS Services in accordance with these Terms. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your relationship with Ravo and your account activity.
- Account, security, and appointment-related messages may be sent as needed to support your use of Ravo's services.
- Promotional and marketing messages are generally limited to a maximum of 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan.
Customer & Subscriber Obligations
By using our Services, you agree not to use SMS messages to:
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or objectionable content.
- Transmit malware, spyware, or any harmful code.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Ravo's systems or networks.
- Violate any applicable federal or state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other messaging regulations.
Confidentiality
Ravo uses reasonable safeguards to protect subscriber information, including data associated with SMS communications. However, SMS travels over networks outside of our control, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that SMS is an inherently insecure channel and that you should avoid sharing highly sensitive information via text message.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary depending on your carrier's network coverage and performance.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and may be impacted by device settings, coverage, or other technical limitations.
Opt-In & Opt-Out
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Ravo related to your account, appointments, transactions, and marketing programs.
- Phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation SMS, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Ravo provides SMS Services “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that messages will always be delivered.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the SMS Services.
This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if Ravo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
Subscribers may cancel participation in SMS programs at any time by texting STOP or by contacting Ravo directly.
Ravo may suspend or terminate SMS Services for any user that violates these Terms or applicable law, or in response to suspected fraud, abuse, or security concerns.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Amendments
Ravo reserves the right to update or modify these SMS Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website at https://ravopos.com.
Continued use of the SMS Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Ravo's prior written consent.
Ravo may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
By using Ravo's SMS Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
